Earlier today, a lot of videos of burning bridge connecting russia and the temporarily occupied Crimea appeared on the Internet. The consequences can be clearly seen of the collided road surface along with burning train with oil or fuel cargo.

The bridge is the only connection with the mainland and its damaging will definitely worsen the whole logistics, namely weaponry to “feed” the army. But mainly the bridge was a symbol of strength and invincibility of the russian federation, which now is shattered both literally and figuratively.

The Drive reminds that the bridge cost billions to build fo russia, but still remained as the top target for Ukraine. Even though russia deployed special barges as the protection from the air strike, we see it didn’t help.
