russian troops have started using Lancet loitering munitions while maintaining radio silence to maximize concealment during approach to targets.
This was reported by Serhii "Flash" Beskrestnov, adviser to Ukraine's Minister of Defense on his Telegram channel. russian updated tactics are designed to prevent Ukrainian signals intelligence units from detecting the threat in time.

The invaders' new approach significantly complicates the work of Ukraine's early warning systems and air defense capabilities.
The absence of a radio signal makes it impossible to quickly determine the UAV's flight path before it begins its dive.
"On various fronts, we are observing that Lancets operate in complete radio silence until the moment of attack. The enemy does this deliberately to prevent us from identifying the type of UAV, recognizing the threat, and responding to it," Beskrestnov reported.

Ukrainian experts and military engineers are currently conducting a detailed analysis of the technical algorithms that enable drones to fly without constant communication with the command post.
Identifying the use of autonomous navigation systems will help develop effective countermeasures to this evolving threat.
