Air defense forces on Saturday shot down 5 missiles, which were launched on the city of Dnipro overnight

The Force Command Skhid (East) announced this on Facebook. According to the report, five Russian Kalibr missiles were shot down on the night of 2-3 September.

Valentyn Reznichenko, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, also posted this information on Telegram.

"In Dnipro district, our military shot down all five Russian missiles that the enemy fired at Dnipro city. Falling fragments caused several fires. Firefighters put them out. No one was injured,"

It should be noted, that Ukrainian Air Defense forces quite effective. On August 2, they shot down 7 out of 8 cruise missiles launched by Russian troops from the Caspian Sea and on August 20 - shot down 4 Kalibr missiles, which were launched by the invaders at Dnipropetrovsk region.
