Ukrainian air defense shot down jet aircraft and 14 UAVs over the past day

Air Force Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has published a report on russian losses in the skies of Ukraine throughout May 5.

According to the preliminary relevant statement, the Ukrainian anti-aircraft defense units hit at least 15 enemy air targets, at least 14 Orlan UAVs and one plane, reportedly Su-30SM.

Russia’s plane was shot down in eastern Ukraine by the air defense missile unit of the Ukrainian Air Force Command.

Over the past day, Ukraine’s fighter, bomber and attack aircrafts have completed dozens of missions, launching missile and air strikes on Russian troops and ammunition depots.
