Activists from the Cyber Resistance movement have managed to infiltrate the data of the russian penitentiary service located in Luhansk. Through this breach, details have emerged regarding russian intentions to facilitate exchanges involving imprisoned collaborators for their own prisoners of war, National Resistance Center of Ukraine reports.

The obtained data reveals that the prosecutor’s office of the russian federation has reached out to Alexei Cherepovskyi, the head of the Prison Service in the temporarily occupied territories, concerning the compilation of a potential list for exchanging imprisoned collaborators with Ukraine. Notably, within this list are individuals who have been held in russian prisons for an extended period due to internal conflicts among the occupiers. Interestingly, some of these individuals, whose arrests were not officially disclosed, have recently been declared free.
