The Islamic Resistance Movement state that the Israel Defense Forces launched an attack on a hospital in the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of hundreds.
Journalists from Bild have published a series of pieces of evidence indicating that the terrorists are responsible for the attack on the hospital.

Indeed, during the Al Jazeera broadcast at 18:59 local time on October 17, they showed the launch of missiles from Gaza towards Israel, leading to the destruction of one of the warheads and a powerful explosion on the ground.
Satellite images reveal that the damage was inflicted not on the hospital structure but on vehicles in the parking area. Such surface-level damage aligns with the missiles launched by the militants, while IDF missiles would have caused more significant destruction.
Moreover, the Israeli military successfully intercepted a phone conversation among the militants in which one of them admitted that it was their missiles “launched from the cemetery near the hospital”.
