"Over the past day, the enemy launched 119 attacks, firing 638 shells from mortars, artillery, Grads, tanks, anti-tank grenade launchers, UAVs and aircraft. The enemy fired 91 shells at the city of Kherson," said the region’s head.
According to Prokudin, the Russian military targeted region’s residential neighborhoods.
"As a result of Russian aggression, three people were killed, another 11, including two children, were injured," Prokudin said.
November 24. The Russian military injured one civilian in Donetsk region on November 23.
Ihor Moroz, acting head of the Donetsk regional military administration, said this in a post on his Facebook .
“On November 23, the Russians injured one civilian in Donetsk region – in Pereizne," the report says.
According to the published data, 1,778 people have been killed and another 4,328 have been injured in Donetsk region since the beginning of the full-scale war.

November 22. The Russian army attacked Nikopol district with artillery and kamikaze drones.
Serhiy Lysak, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported this on Facebook.
"The shelling of Nikopol district doesn’t stop. Throughout the day, the enemy covered the area twice with artillery. They dropped the ammunition from an UAV and hit the district with three kamikaze drones," the post reads.
It is noted that the enemy hit Nikopol and the Marhanets community. A private house and an outbuilding were damaged. The region’s head added that no one was injured.
In other communities of the region, the situation was calm.
November 21. At least 10,000 civilians, including more than 560 children, have been killed and over 18,500 have been injured since Russia launched its full-scale armed attack against Ukraine on February 24, 2022.
The United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (HRMMU) said this in a press release on Tuesday.
According to the mission, on November 15, four people were killed when a missile struck a four-story apartment building in Selydove village in the Donetsk region, in an area controlled by Ukraine, pushing the total number of those killed above 10,000. Among these latest victims was a family that had been displaced earlier in the war and an 85-year-old woman.

November 20. Russian troops attacked Nikopol with heavy artillery and kamikaze drones on Monday, damaging ten houses.

November 18. Two buildings, including that situated within the area of an infrastructure object, caught fire in the Zaporizhzhia region following Russia’s overnight drone attack.
The relevant statement was made by the Main Department of the Ukrainian State Emergency Service on Facebook.
“Following the attack launched by the Russian army on the Zaporizhzhia region on November 17, using the Shahed-type combat drones, two buildings caught fire. One of them is situated within the area of an infrastructure facility,” the report states.
Rescuers extinguished a fire within a total area of 250 square meters.
In addition, over the past day, Russian shelling has caused a fire in a detached house in the Polohy district’s village of Novodanylivka.

November 15. Four missile strikes on the town of Selydove, Donetsk region, killed an 85-year-old woman and injured another three civilians.
The press service of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"On the night of November 15, 2023, Russian troops launched four missile attacks on residential areas in the town of Selydove. According to preliminary data, the occupiers used the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system to shell the settlement," the report says.

Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, said this in a Facebook post.
"Over the past day, the enemy launched 81 attacks, firing 571 shells from mortars, artillery, Grads, tanks, DShKs, UAVs and aircraft. The enemy fired 18 shells at the city of Kherson," said the region’s head.
According to Prokudin, the Russian military targeted region’s residential neighborhoods, a healthcare facility, a penal institution in Kherson district, a “point of invincibility” and an educational institution’s building in Beryslav district.
November 15. In the early hours of Wednesday, November 15, Russian invasion troops launched a missile strike targeting the town of Selidove, Pokrovsk district, Donetsk region.
That’s according to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko.
"The enemy launched a missile attack on the town of Selidove, Pokrovsk district, Donetsk region. As a result, the part of a four-storey apartment block was destroyed," the minister reported on Telegram.
Klymenko noted that the emergency team, together with the police, rescued two injured citizens at the scene of the strike, rushing them to a hospital.
Also, rescuers helped three people, including a child, get out of the damaged apartment on the 4th floor.
"Unfortunately, the woman’s body was found under the rubble. At least one person likely remains trapped. Emergency and rescue operation is underway," Klymaneko concluded.
November 15. Slidstvo.Info journalists and activists with the Anti-Corruption Headquarters nonprofit have identified 182,000 Russian war criminals involved in the ongoing war against Ukraine.
Serhiy Mytkalyk, chairman of the board at the Anti-Corruption Headquarters NGO, reported on Ukrainian Radio that he and his colleagues employ the tools of journalistic investigations, social networks, and open source intelligence to collect information about the Russian military personnel, who invaded Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.
"We turned the data we had gathered into a register, where you can go and enter someone’s last name, first name, and patronymic and check your relative from Russia. November 14. A 49-year-old woman was injured in an enemy shelling of Beryslav city, Kherson region.
The Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Telegram.
"A pre-trial investigation as part of criminal proceedings over violation of the laws and customs of war has been initiated," the report says.
According to the investigation, on November 14, at about 12:20, a 49-year-old woman was injured in an enemy artillery shelling in the city of Beryslav. She was provided with medical treatment.
November 14. Russian troops have attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region’s city of Nikopol with three suicide drones, leaving one civilian killed and one injured.

November 13. The Russian army shelled Nikopol district of Dnipropetrovsk region, injuring a civilian.

“Eighty-five explosions were recorded. The [enemy] shelling affected such communities as Myropillia, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Yunakivka, Shalyhyne, Seredyna-Buda and Esman,” the report states.
In particular, Russian invaders struck the Myropillia community with mortars, having caused 10 explosions. Another six mortar bombs were fired at the Esman community.
Five explosions were heard in the Krasnopillia community, as Russians opened fire with the SPG-9 recoilless gun.
The enemy attacked the Seredyna-Buda community with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS). Nine explosions were recorded there.
The rest of communities suffered from Russian combined attacks. The Bilopillia community was struck by enemy MLRS, mortars and artillery (eight, four and five explosions accordingly).

November 6. Five people received shrapnel injuries as Russian invaders attacked the city of Odesa on the evening of November 5, 2023.
The relevant statement was made by Odesa Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Kiper on Telegram.
“Five people were injured in the overnight attack by Russian occupiers on Odesa. They were diagnosed with shrapnel injuries,” Kiper wrote.

"In the afternoon, Russian terrorists attacked Myrove community in Nikopol district. Two men, aged 30 and 58, were injured in the shelling. Both suffered forearm injuries. Patients were hospitalized. They are receiving necessary treatment. Their condition is moderate," Lysak wrote.
November 5. Russian invasion troops hit a school in the Darivska community in Kherson region overnight Sunday.
That’s according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"This night, the Russian military dropped a guided aerial bomb on it. The rescuers put out the fire before the ceiling collapsed," said Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko.
According to the minister, crime scene investigators from the National Police have been working at the site of the strike since morning, documenting yet another crime committed by the invaders. Besides the local school, six households were damaged. Fortunatly, the strike caused no casualties.
"Local residents are not giving up – they have started repairing damaged buildings. Children are around, helping adults clear rubble and bring building materials. These are the children who used to go to that school just two years ago," said Klymenko.
The minister also noted that Russia is trying to intimidate civilians by targeting their homes, schools, and hospitals. "We are doing everything to drive the enemy away as soon as possible and make them pay the cost of their crimes," he added.

Oleksandr Prokudin, chief of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported the news on Facebook.
"At around 11:00, the Russian army struck the Korabelnyi district of Kherson. According to tentative reports, two were injured – a woman, 82, and a man, 84," Prokudin wrote.
The official added both senior citizens affected by the strike were rushed to a hospital.
As reported, on November 4, at least one person was injured as a result of Russian shelling targeting the village of Zmiivka, Beryslav district. The man personally reported to a hospital to get medical assistance.
