Serhii Deineko, the Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, has reported how many Russian Troops deployed in Belarus

According to him, Kremlin has deployed a group of 10,200 troops in Belarus and that this number is not enough for an attack on Ukraine. Deineko said this on air during the national joint 24/7 newscast on 28 December.

"The group of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation [deployed in Belarus - ed] is about 10,200 servicemen strong, and it is unable to carry out the task of a repeated offensive on the territory of our state" - the Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine said.

As Serhii Deineko states, the Defence Intelligence, the State Border Guard Service, and the operative-investigative units monitor the situation on the territory of Belarus every day. They are also helped by "unofficial assistants." All of them report that the Russians have no "real opportunities" for an offensive.
