The Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has reported significant disruptions to russian military logistics due to extensive damage to fuel facilities. Andrii Yusov, a representative of the agency, reported that Ukrainian forces have successfully destroyed or damaged approximately one-third of russian oil refineries and storage facilities targeted this year.

According to Andrii Yusov, Ukrainian forces conducted 64 targeted strikes on fuel infrastructure facilities within russia, substantially reducing the country’s oil refining capabilities. The attacks have compounded challenges already facing russian logistics, exacerbated by Western sanctions that have restricted the import of essential equipment needed for repairs.
