That is according to a statementpublished on the official website of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"The recent events in Bryansk region are a vivid confirmation of this. In particular, there were riots in Pogarsky district. Russian rebels killed two fighters of the occupation army. There is a significant number of wounded, the exact figure is still being specified. An enemy APC was also disabled. Other machinery, equipment and property of the occupiers were damaged," the statement of the military intelligence service reads.

As noted, "it is not the first time that the Russian volunteer corps holds such events, the scale of which is only growing. The fighters struck a military facility and talked to the local population."
"As a result of the actions of the rebels, the civilian population was not injured," the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said.
The Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine also made public a recording of an intercepted telephone conversation in which it is reported about large casualties among representatives of the Russian security forces in the area of the village of Sluchovsk, Pogarsky district, Bryansk region of Russia.
Earlier, the "Russian Volunteer Corps" – a formation of Russians that is part of the International Legion for the Defense of Ukraine – announced that it entered the territory of the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation. The authorities of the region talked about stopping the attempt of "Ukrainian saboteurs" to enter the region.
In particular, on April 6, the governor of the Bryansk region of Russia, Oleksandr Bogomaz, said that the border department of the Federal Security Service of russia (FSB) in the Bryansk region stopped an attempt by a Ukrainian subversive intelligence group of 20 people to infiltrate the village of Sluchovsk in the Pogar region.
The "Russian Volunteer Corps" replied that their fighters "visited the Bryansk region again" and, in addition to performing combat tasks, were able to communicate with local residents, handed them leaflets and asked them to hide during the hostilities. The messege was accompanied with an appropriate video:
"The liberation struggle on the territory of Russia is gaining momentum," they said.
