OSINT analysts have released video evidence of precision strikes using the ATACMS missiles on russian S-400 air defense systems in Kursk region. The attack involved five missiles, with two reportedly hitting their targets directly, according to CyberBoroshno. The operation utilized missiles equipped with cluster munitions, maximizing the damage to the targeted positions.
During the night of November 24, Ukrainian forces successfully struck the radar station of the S-400 system in the region. The attack targeted the 1490th Air Defense Missile Battalion, which had been repurposed for ground-to-ground operations, focusing on stationary ground targets.

Military analyst Yigal Levin suggests that these strikes aim to degrade russian air defense capabilities and create a functional window for subsequent operations.
