As a result of the strikes, the R-934B Sinitsa automated jamming station caught fire and was completely disabled. It is likely that the Ukrainian military used new models of FPV drones, which feature enhanced EW protection and the capability to fly long distances.
The R-934B Sinitsa is designed to jam high-frequency (VHF) aviation radio communications, aviation guidance systems, and both mobile and stationary radio communication lines. It is capable of disrupting cellular and trunk networks operating on fixed frequencies, as well as those using software-adjusted frequency modes.
The station can function independently or as part of the Borisoglebsk-2 EW system, which is also being targeted by Ukrainian forces.
