Ukrainian Troops Shot Down Russian Drones with Stinger and Starstreak MANPADS

The Command of Assault Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Facebook, that Ukrainian warriors shot down two more Russian drones last night with Stinger and Starstreak MANPADS — Horizon Air S-100 and Orlan-10

For the privoius day, two Russian unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were shot down by air defense units of the Assault Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In particular, the multi-purpose unmanned helicopter "Horizon Air S-100" and the multi-purpose unmanned aerial vehicle complex "Orlan-10". They were shot down by the Stinger and Starstreak manportable anti-aircraft missile systems.

It should be noted that the servicemen of the anti-aircraft missile units of the Airborne Assault Forces continue to shoot down expensive enemy drones.

This is not the first time, when Ukrainian warriors shoot down enemy air targets with foreign weapons. On April 10, in the Kharkiv region, an air defense unit of the 95th Air Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces used a British-made Starstreak MANPADS and successfully destroyed another russian Orlan-10 UAV.
