Due to successful coordination between the operators of the Special Operations Forces and the Ukrainian defense forces' artillery, the russian 152mm Msta-B howitzer position in the Bakhmut sector was neutralized. Valuable Krasnopol precision-guided artillery munition was also destroyed

The Special Operations Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.

"Another successful operation to search, identify the target and adjust fire was carried out by our defenders from the Medoidy tactical group of the 3rd Separate Regiment of the Special Operations Forces," the report said.

Krasnopol projectiles are russian 152mm high-precision artillery rounds. They are designed to engage small ground targets such as tanks, other direct-fire weapons, strong-points, or other significant point targets that are visible to the observer. The market value of such a projectile is $40,000.
