The Atesh partisan movement reported on its Telegram channel that its agents have been conducting reconnaissance and surveillance of the oil depot in Dzhankoi for many months, starting late last year.
The Atesh also provided photos, but noted that they were taken in February.

"We were able to capture the logistics routes and equipment used to transport petroleum products. Entire area is fully fenced, constantly patrolled, and there are dozens of cameras all around the perimeter. They are installed both in prominent places as well as at points for hidden video recording, which demonstrates how much occupiers value this facility," the statement reads.
The movement also shared the coordinates of the oil depot: 45.689880, 34.369375.
Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukrainian partisans had scouted out russian oil depots in temporarily occupied Crimea.
