The Atesh partisan movement reports that its agent within the Vostok grouping of the russian Armed Forces in the Zaporizhzhya region passed on data about the location of the command post and the personnel deployment of the 147th Engineer Regiment in October this year.

According to the movement, the information was promptly passed on to the Defense Forces of Ukraine for further response and is certain to thwart the occupiers in their attempts to advance in southern and eastern Ukraine.

It is known that this unit was created before russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine in Buryatia. It is almost 100% equipped with new models of military and special equipment (mechanized bridges, demining systems, PIRK combat engineering vehicles).

"A lot of russian servicemen become part of our movement. They realize the real consequences of the war and wish for a better future for both Ukraine and russia," statement reads.
