Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces struck five vessels operating in temporarily occupied Ukrainian waters overnight on June 5, targeting ships in the ports of Mariupol and Berdiansk as well as in nearby coastal areas.
Footage of the operation was released by Major Robert Madyar Brovdi, who commands Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces. The video appears to show multiple strikes against maritime targets identified as cargo vessels and a tanker.

According to Robert Brovdi, the targeted ships were allegedly being used by russian occupation authorities for logistical operations in temporarily occupied territories. He accused the vessels of participating in the transportation of stolen Ukrainian grain, military cargo, and fuel while attempting to conceal their activities by disabling radar systems and obscuring identifying markings.
"The names of bulk carriers and tankers painted over by the Black Sea marauders, with radars switched off for the quiet theft of Ukrainian grain and the transfer of military cargo and fuel, no longer guarantee either long-term survivability or regular transportation," Robert Brovdi said in a statement accompanying the released footage.
The commander argued that disrupting maritime logistics has become an important component of Ukraine's broader campaign against russian military infrastructure in temporarily occupied territories.
"The occupier's smuggling logistics must be stopped. More to come," he added.
