The Defense Intelligence of Ukraineofficially reported of the liberation of the Vovchansk Aggregate Plant. It is stated that russian occupiers were destroyed in all the buildings of the plant. The commander of Timur Special Purpose Unit reported to Ukraine's Intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov on Tuesday, September 24, that the operation had been completed. It is known that the operation involved such special units as Stuhna Battalion, Paragon Company Detachment, Russian Volunteer Corps, Junger, Belarusian Volunteer Corps and Terror Battalion.
"The fighters of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine carried out a systematic mopping-up operations of the plant buildings, constantly engaging in contact battles with the enemy in dense buildings. In some cases, Ukrainian special forces engaged the enemy in hand-to-hand combat," the statement reads.

Ukraine's Intelligence noted that the occupiers made a propaganda "fortress" of the plant, using the most motivated and professional units for its defense, including the 45th Spetsnaz Brigade of the Airborne Forces. russians also continuously hit Ukrainian scouts with artillery, attacked with kamikaze drones, guided bombs as well as TOS-1A Solntsepyok Multiple rocket launcher.
"Despite the fierce resistance of the enemy, the soldiers of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine managed to eliminate the enemy, take prisoners and replenish the exchange fund," the statement reads.
Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukrainian sappers had neutralized rare russian FAB-500T bomb near Zaporizhzhia.
