In a recent operation in Zaporizhzhia region, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine pyrotechnicians successfully neutralized russian KAB-500 aerial bomb. The bomb was found in the Polohy district and posed significant challenges due to its modified detonator, which made transportation unsafe and impossible.
Given the high risk associated with moving the device, the pyrotechnicians decided to destroy the bomb on-site. They carried out a controlled detonation, ensuring the safety of the surrounding area and residents.
