In the Kursk region, the russian army continues to suffer losses of military equipment and personnel. This was reported on Saturday, January 18, by the press service of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Military units of the Air Assault Forces, together with other units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, continue to inflict considerable losses on russian troops in the Kursk region of the russian federation," the statement reads.

It is also noted that every day the Armed Forces of Ukraine manage to destroy and disable enemy equipment, weapons, material resources, fortifications and manpower.
As Defense Express reported russians in the Kursk region had found an unusual use for BTR-D APCs, drowning them to create river crossing.
