In order to reduce social tension in russian society from the crazy war caused by vladimir putin’s aggressive whims, the Kremlin is actively recruiting social elements that are not important to it.
These are prisoners and migrants. According to official moscow, they have managed to recruit 30,000 illegal immigrants in exchange for russian citizenship, but most of them will not wait for citizenship, as they will be liquidated in Ukraine.
