To replenish its mobilization resources in the war against Ukraine, the enemy resorts to unacceptable manipulations. 15 thousand russian rubles are promised to anyone who recruits and brings a friend, neighbor, or anyone else to the military enlistment office, according to the National Resistance Center.
As noted by the National Resistance Center, such a scheme is being introduced in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine in order to attract as many local people as possible to the enemy’s army. After all, the collaborators have a plan to mobilize the “liberated” Ukrainians.
