Ukrainian pilots from the 38th Separate Marine Brigade successfully intercepted russian Grad multiple launch rocket system as it attempted to withdraw from its firing position. The engagement, captured on video and released on the Brigade’s channel on March 20, highlights the evolving nature of modern combat tactics and drone-assisted targeting.
According to the report, russian MLRS managed to fire several rounds before the decisive action was taken. Ukrainian drone detected the moving vehicle, enabling the pilots to coordinate a two-strike approach. The first precision strike effectively immobilized the system, while the subsequent strike triggered a catastrophic detonation of its ammunition, culminating in powerful explosion.
