According to russian media, on the night of February 3, the Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka oil refinery of the PJSC Lukoil Oil Companywas on fire. Emergency services confirmed a powerful fire in Krasnoarmeysky district of Volgograd. An explosion took place after a drone fell. The fire has spread to 300 square meters. Emergency services were working at the location.
"During arrival of the first fire and rescue units, it was found that burning of oil spill was over an area of 300 square meters. Fire and rescue units of Volgograd Fire and Rescue Garrison are working at the site. No one is killed or injured. The cause is under investigation," russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

At the same time, the governor of Belgorod Oblast, Vyacheslav Gladkov, also claimed about drone attack. According to him, russian air defense allegedly eliminated an unmanned aerial vehicle in Novooskolsky urban district.
"As a result of falling debris in the village of Podоlkhi, windows were beaten out in one private household, roof, facade, fence as well as parked KAMAZ truck were damaged. House-by-house inspection of the territory will continue during daylight hours," Gladkov said.
