The enemy's air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
This is stated in the message of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"As of 09:30, it has been confirmed that 63 Shahed-type attack UAVs as well as other types of drones have been shot down in Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Zaporizhia, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Kirovohrad and Mykolaiv regions," the post says.
Due to the active countermeasures of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, 46 enemy simulator drones were lost in location without negative consequences, two more flew to Russia and Belarus.
Kyiv was under attack by the russians. There, drone fragments fell in two districts of Ukraine’s capital – in Pechersk and Svyatoshyns'kyi districts. In the latter, cars and garages were damaged amid the russian attack. The tram track was also partially destroyed.
In the Pechersk district of Kyiv, drone debris fell on the attic floor of a five-story residential building, causing a fire.
Six people were injured. Two of them were hospitalized, and the rest were treated on the spot.
As Defense Express reported, the russians are facing non-stop military losses on Ukrainian soil. About 790,800 aggressor’s troops were eliminated, 24,833 air targets of invaders were shot down, thousands of tanks, armored vehicles and trucks were destroyed by the defenders of Ukraine.
