The russians shot down their own Sukhoi aircraft. This extremely pleasant event for Ukrainians took place in the area of the city of Alchevsk in the occupied Luhansk region. Video with the remains of the plane, which is still smoking, has already gone viral.
It is possible to easily recognize the Su aircraft in the video footage, but it is quite difficult to identify its type with 100% guarantee. The nose part of the plane is completely destroyed, and the registration number is unreadable - only two of the five figures are known: RF-XXX90.

The most popular version is that it is a Su-34, as evidenced by the Khybiny electronic countermeasures system on the wingtips. But the Su-30 was also spotted with this system.
Also, on the Internet, you can find a video of the destruction of this aircraft, which was filmed in Alchevsk (currently not confirmed).
According to the "eyewitness", the plane was falling from a height - that is, it was unlikely to have been shot down by MANPADS. But the use of a medium- or long-range anti-aircraft missile system on one's own plane may indicate disorganization of enemy air defense system, in particular, a failure in the "friend or foe" system.
As Defense Express reported, a 19-year-old conscript of the National Guard of Ukraine eliminated an enemy Su-25 close air support aircraft in Zaporizhzhia region.
