The types of all crashed aircraft are still unknown. The aircraft used by the Russian Federation include Su-25 for $ 11 million, Su-30 for $ 33 million, and Su-34 for $ 36 million.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine also shot down two large IL-76 aircraft in the vicinity of Vasylkiv and Kropyvnytskyi. The cost of each is $ 86 million.
This is the estimated cost of the equipment; the cost of a piece of equipment was taken from the open sources. For example, the price of the tank is estimated at $ 4 million (at this price Russia supplied tanks to Algeria in 2006).
The greatest daily losses were incurred by the enemy on February 25, and the smallest - on March 2.
Forbes did not include the cost of missiles launched against Ukraine. Iskander ballistic missiles and Kalibr cruise missiles used by Russian troops alone cost about $ 3 billion.
In addition, according to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, Russia has lost over 12,000 manpower.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine also seizes tanks, armored personnel carriers and other equipment of the Russian armed forces. Ukroboronprom state concern that repairs and re-equips this equipment, refused to provide the exact number of seized equipment, but informed Forbes that it was "a large number" and that the trophies were "quickly" put on full combat alert with the Ukrainian military.
"If a part of a hull or a tracked running gear is damaged, it can be quickly repaired, there are no issues with the necessary accessory components," said Vladyslav Kryklii, an Adviser to the Ukroboronprom Director. "We are painting over elements indicating that it is Russian military equipment."
Ukroboronprom even offers to exchange the seized aircraft of occupation forces for $ 1 million, and the helicopter for $ 500,000.
