After the mobilization in 2022, the russian army of occupation had a number of problems with logistical supply as well as with the training of the newly mobilized. In view of this, the occupiers are currently working on the expansion of their training grounds both in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk region and Donetsk region, and directly on the territory of the russian federation.
A Ukrainian military officer, who is in Army reserve, known by the nickname Tatarigami_UA, draws attention to such actions of the russians after he analyzed satellite images of the enemy's training grounds.

In particular, for example, in the Luhansk region, within the already functioning tank training grounds, the enemy built a training camp with new infrastructure. Satellite images show new buildings, as well as a training track for infantry and armored vehicles.
As the OSINT analyst notes, the enemy has been working on improving and expanding such facilities since the end of 2022. "This shows that the russians are trying to optimize the capacities of their educational institutions and align the training programs with the latest experience," the military officer emphasizes, stressing that such actions of the enemy indicate that the russians, with a high probability, will prefer to conduct a long-term wars of varying intensity.
The fact that the russian federation is preparing for a new and rather tough mobilization was reported by Defense Express back in July when the russian State Duma approved changes in the legislation on mobilization and conscription. That time local authorities were allowed to create "specialized unitary enterprises" - in essence, military companies that on paper, they are supposed to "fight the enemy sabotage groups", but in fact they may well be used to suppress protests.
At the same time, the occupiers recently accidentally revealed the real scale of their hidden mobilization, when the head of North Ossetia reported that the region had already issued more than 3,000 "social passports" to the participants of the so-called "special military operation", while the partial mobilization in the region was determined at the level of 1,000 people.
At the same time, the fact that the occupiers are building training grounds in the rear in the occupied territories makes it necessary to emphasize once again that today Ukraine needs more long-range weapons to destroy such targets - for example, the cluster ATACMS, the issue of the transfer of which is currently still relevant as well as still unclear, how quickly and when these missiles can be supplied to Ukraine.
