The Belarusian company Innotek Solutions presented an acoustic system for detecting unmanned aerial vehicles called Scanner 2.1 at the National Security. Belarus-2026 exhibition, which was held in Minsk earlier in June.
The company's director, Vitaly Batrak, noted that it will help detect drones that are moving in radio silence mode. This is a new version of the Scanner acoustic location system, which was first demonstrated last year.

As a representatives of the company said, such a system can detect drones with an internal combustion engine at a distance of up to 2000 m, FPV drones with an electric motor - at a distance of up to 350 m, and the ability to detect hexacopters of the Baba Yaga type is also separately declared.
This is what the russians call the Ukrainian Vampire drone developed and manufactured by the Skyfall company, which is currently the most massive and successful heavy drone, which the russians have not yet managed to copy.
The Scanner 2.1 acoustic UAV detection system can determine the speed and course of the drone. The device weighs 1.2 kg, its diameter is 23 cm. Deployment time is less than 2 minutes, the declared duration of autonomous operation is up to 12 hours.
The device uses artificial intelligence algorithms that separate "extra" noise from acoustic signals. It is possible to display a threat message on a smartphone or smartwatch, and not only on the device screen.
Recall that in Ukraine, a whole system of acoustic devices has been developed that helps detect not only drones, but also cruise missiles.
Belarusians note that the Scanner 2.1 will be used in mobile fire groups to protect facilities and personnel.
Earlier, Defense Express reported that the U.S. army conducted "error work" at a training ground 20 km from Belarus after unpleasant losses in Iran.
