Ukrainian National Guard's Lazar's Group destroyed russian Zhitel electronic warfare system located 55 kilometers deep in the enemy's rear using domestically produced LASAR bomber drones

Ukraine's Lazar's Group of the National Guard destroyed russian R-330Zh Zhitel electronic warfare system deep behind enemy lines.

Lazar's Group reconnaissance personnel and aerial reconnaissance operators first identified the precise location of the EW system. The information was then used to plan and conduct a strike against the target.

The operation involved strike-drone crews equipped with LASAR bombers, which were developed and manufactured by the unit itself. The drones were used to reach and engage russian system at a considerable distance from the front line.

According to the unit, Ukrainian drones traveled 55 kilometers deep into russian-controlled rear areas before reaching the target. They subsequently delivered a precise strike against the identified position.

The attack resulted in the destruction of russian Zhitel electronic warfare system. The system is now no longer capable of interfering with Ukrainian drones in the area.

Russian electronic warfare systems remain a priority target for Ukrainian forces because they can disrupt the operation of Ukrainian unmanned systems. Eliminating these systems gives Ukrainian drones greater freedom to operate while reducing russia's ability to counter them.
