Ukraine's Security Service (SSU) has carried out another drone strike against the Vtorovo oil pumping station in russia's Vladimir region, marking the second attack on the facility this month.
According to the SSU, the strike was conducted by operators from the agency's Special Operations Center Alpha as part of an ongoing campaign targeting critical infrastructure that supports russia's military logistics and energy exports.

The Vtorovo production and control station is operated by Transneft-Upper Volga and serves as an important hub in russia's petroleum transportation network. The facility pumps diesel fuel into the Moscow Ring Oil Products Pipeline, which supplies major fuel depots around the russian capital.
In addition to supporting domestic fuel distribution, the station also handles petroleum products destined for export through russia's Baltic Sea ports, including Primorsk.
According to preliminary information released by the SSU, Ukrainian drones struck several technical buildings at the facility, triggering an explosion. The extent of the damage has not yet been independently verified.
This was the second reported Ukrainian strike against the Vtorovo station in June. The previous attack took place on June 10.
As Defense Express previously reported, Ukrainian FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles recently struck a major russian defense manufacturing plant in Volgograd.
