This was reported by the Exilenova+ Telegram channel, while local residents have been sharing footage of the fire at the facility online.
The Ilsky oil refinery has repeatedly been targeted by Ukrainian UAVs, with previous attacks forcing it to suspend operations. The facility was last attacked just a month ago.

The Ilsky oil refinery is one of the key oil refineries in the Southern Federal District. The refinery's production capacity is 6.6 million metric tons of crude oil per year.
Explosions were also heard in Taganrog. A port terminal belonging to JSC Kurgannefteprodukt caught fire after a drone attack that lasted nearly all night.
According to publicly available information, the terminal's primary function is loading and unloading petroleum products onto seagoing vessels.
Meanwhile, Petro Andriushchenko, head of the Center for the Study of the Occupation, also reported a fire near the Taganrog Aviation College. It is an educational institution that trains specialists for the aviation and machine-building industries in the Rostov Region.
In addition, the city of Azov in the Rostov Region also came under attack. Several fires reportedly broke out across the city. In particular, a large fire was reported at an oil depot.
The Azov Optomechanical Plant, which specializes in the production of optoelectronic, radar, and high-precision systems and is part of russia's defense industry, was also targeted.
