Air Force Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has summed up all the aerial targets taken down over September 23: one Su-25 fighter, one Mi-8 helicopter, one Mohajer-6 UAV and six Shahed-136 loitering munitions – however, Defense Express assumes this last figure includes the less advanced Shahed-131 version of this munition as well.
And today’s "catch" is no less impressive: as of 6 PM on September 24 four more russian attack aircraft were shot: a Su-25, two Su-30 planes and a Su-34. Ukrainian paratroopers even shared a video showing the last minutes of one of the Su-30s, see below.

At the same time, russian air defense continues to vanish, including by the means of Ukrainian aviation. As reported by the Ukrainian military, eight positions of russian SAM systems got attacked, five of the strikes were carried out by aviation, and three more by artillery units. Two Tor anti-aircraft missile systems were confirmed destroyed.
