According to sources, the drone strike targeted a 110/35/10 kV electrical substation that powers the facility. The substation caught fire, resulting in a complete blackout and an emergency shutdown of the oil pumping process. At present, russian authorities are assessing the financial damage.

This marks the eighth successful SSU special operation against russian oil refining and pumping facilities since the beginning of the year. Each such strike inflicts multimillion-dollar losses on russia and complicates fuel supplies to the russian army.
