In 2025, Ukraine purchased €1.683 billion worth of weapons from Poland, accounting for more than 67% of the country's total arms exports of €2.487 billion. This figure does not include supplies provided as part of Poland's military aid, which is kept confidential.
These findings are based on a document published by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the export of weapons and military equipment in 2025. Poland also issued 294 export licenses to Ukraine, with a total value of €2.478 billion.

It is known that Ukraine purchased items from the following categories: ammunition and related components, aviation and UAVs, weapons with a caliber greater than 12.7 mm, ground vehicles and their components, energetic materials and related substances, as well as armored or protective equipment. The list also includes military explosive charges, bombs, missiles, torpedoes, and related equipment.
While Ukraine is the largest buyer of weapons and military equipment from Poland, the Philippines and the United States rank second and third, respectively, with purchases worth €246 million and €179 million. The top ten also includes Germany, Turkiye, Belgium, Sweden, Lithuania, Italy, and Norway.

Overall, the gap between Ukraine's figures and those of other countries is substantial, reflecting the country's need to supply its armed forces during the full-scale war with russia. A similar situation occurred in 2024, when Ukraine imported €2.5 billion worth of Polish weapons and military equipment out of Poland’s total exports of €3.145 billion.
In other words, Poland's arms exports have been trending downward overall, including exports to Ukraine. However, 2024 was a record year, while the figure for 2025, although lower, remained high.

Overall, since 2022, Polish exports of military products have increased significantly due to the russia-Ukraine war. This is a fairly expected development, especially given the country's geographic location.
It is also worth noting that Poland manufactures explosives, including those used to fill artillery munitions. Other examples of Poland's military products include the Warmate family of UAVs, which remain in service with the Defense Forces of Ukraine, Oncilla armored vehicles, Piorun MANPADS, KTO Rosomak APCs, Krab self-propelled howitzers, and other equipment.
