Fighters of the Signum battalion, working together with neighboring units, destroyed russian BM-27 Uragan multiple rocket launcher system. The unit estimated the value of the destroyed system at approximately $1 million.
The operation involved several Ukrainian units. Signum operators first detected russian Uragan and used drones to strike the system, effectively immobilizing it and preventing it from leaving the area.

The operation was then continued by fighters of the 3/21 KRAKEN unit. They delivered the final strike using an FPV drone, which destroyed the multiple rocket launcher.
Operators from Ukraine's 63rd Brigade recorded the entire engagement on video. This provided footage of the detection, initial strikes and final destruction of the system.
The Uragan is a Soviet-designed 220 mm multiple rocket launcher system capable of delivering powerful salvos against targets at considerable distances. Losing such a system deprives russian forces of another asset for conducting area bombardment.
As Defense Express previously reported, russia has been carrying out a massive three-day air attack against Ukraine, with the latest overnight wave involving 267 strike and decoy drones alongside Oniks and Iskander-M missiles.
