Responsibility for the mass arson of military commissariats in russia lies solely with the criminal Putin regime. This was stated by the representative of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Vadym Skibitsky, in an interview with Obozrevatel.

“The russian occupiers can blame anyone, but to find those responsible for something burning or exploding on their territory, they just need to look in the mirror,” Vadym Skibitsky said.

Vadim Skibitsky also asserts that russia will declare mass mobilization, as the Kremlin has been preparing for this for a long time: increasing the responsibility for not showing up at the military commissariats, raising the conscription age and deciding on electronic notifications. Moscow declares its intention to create a series of new military formations and restore the combat readiness of its army.

“To implement this plan in order to retain what russia has occupied and to continue the military pressure on our state, the enemy needs not only mobilization but also time to prepare soldiers and their equipment. Mass mobilization is an unpopular decision, but the Putin regime has no other way out,” he stated.

At the same time, the representative of the Defense Intelligence described the attitude of the population of the aggressor state towards the criminal war.

“Overall, the majority of the russian population, around 70%, supports the continuation of the war. But this is a kind of kitchen-sofa support – there are not many willing to go to the trenches and seek death on the battlefield in Ukraine,” the officer of the Defense Intelligence explained.

Vadim Skibitsky reminded that for those russians who have not committed war crimes and do not want to participate in the war against Ukraine, our [Ukrainian] state guarantees protection under the I Want to Live voluntary surrender project.
