The memorial board tells the story of Radzhabov Rabazan Ghasayneyvich senior pilot of 31st Fighter Aviation Regiment. He had been serving in the 75391st military unit in Millerovo (Rostov region) since 2013.

It is stated he died on February 25th 2022, on the second day of full-scale invasion. He might have been on the airfield, which have been striked with OTR-21 Tochka missile.

Should be recalled, the Millerovo military airfield, which is 16 km from the border with Ukraine was shelled on February 25th. According to some reports, russia lost a couple of the Su-30SM fighter aircraft.

Ukraine did not confirm the attack on the airfield officially. But the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine commented ironically on it. “Who did this?”, the Command wrote explanatory caption for photo with explosions at the Millerovo airfield in the Rostov region on Facebook.

The same thing happened with the posters for the Day of the Russian Navy. They were illustrated with the destroyed Moskva guided missile cruiser and the USS George H.W. Bush aircraft carrier.
