According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the Rapid Response Border Commandant's Office of the 4th Border Detachment, which is carrying out combat missions near the village of Artilne on the Vovchansk axis, inflicted significant losses on russian forces during the month.
Its personnel eliminated 110 russian troops, wounded another 40, and captured nine, who have since been added to Ukraine's prisoner exchange pool. The unit also destroyed one self-propelled artillery system, one armored combat vehicle, five vehicles, three motorcycles, 69 drones, 16 field fortifications, one communications antenna, and one ground robotic system.

The Strix unmanned systems unit also reported substantial results.
Its drone operators eliminated 10 russian troops and wounded 29 more. They additionally destroyed three artillery pieces, 15 enemy drone launch positions, 134 drones, 65 vehicles, 12 communications antennas, 17 electronic warfare systems, 47 field fortifications, and 15 ammunition and logistics depots.

Behind every figure lies a disrupted assault, destroyed logistics, degraded command and control, or the lives of Ukrainian defenders saved. Although russian forces continue attempting to push forward, Ukrainian defenders are making every advance increasingly costly.
As Defense Express previously reported, Ukrainian border guards set a new altitude record by shooting down a russian ZALA Z-20 reconnaissance UAV at 6,858 meters over the Chernihiv region.
