The United Kingdom pledged £100 million for the purchase of U.S. weapons through the Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) mechanism. London also announced plans to deliver an additional 95,000 drones to Ukraine by the end of the year, along with tens of thousands of extended-range artillery shells financed by other countries.
The Netherlands committed $300 million to the Drone Line project, which is designed to expand Ukraine's drone capabilities, and will provide 300 counter-drone missiles. The contribution comes as unmanned systems continue to play a major role in both offensive and defensive operations.

Norway is providing a previously announced $200 million package for the procurement of Patriot missiles. Spain, meanwhile, pledged €2 million for fuel through the NATO Support and Procurement Agency and announced deliveries of air defense missiles and artillery ammunition.
Other allies also announced additional contributions. Lithuania will provide $10 million through PURL, while Poland is preparing a new €50 million military aid package that will include air defense equipment. Sweden announced a $28 million support package, including a $14 million contribution to PURL.
Estonia also confirmed that it will continue supporting Ukraine in 2027, maintaining assistance at a level of at least 0.25% of its GDP. The commitment provides longer-term visibility for Ukraine's military needs as the war continues.
