American B-2 Spirit bomber employed AGM-158C (LRASM) anti-ship cruise missile during SINKEX (Sinking Exercise) to sink decommissioned ship, this is first time it became known B-2 bomber has this weapons sample in its arsenal.
As noted in U.S. Pacific Air Forces press release, bomber during these exercises demonstrated enhanced capabilities for achieving strategic targets in potential threat zone.

Some exercise details are revealed in The War Zone, event occurred during Valiant Shield 2026 multi-domain military exercises in Indo-Pacific region, running June 22 through July 1.
Bomber struck decommissioned Austin-class amphibious ship USS Juneau with missile. Publication noted all details regarding LRASM anti-ship missile integration process onto B-2 Spirit bomber are classified, and also unknown whether this was first time it used this missile or not.
