In one of the articles, the Polish Defence24 drew attention to this phenomenon that Ukraine’s military actively use improvised MLRS based on pickup trucks. Create them, any guides are taken anywhere: either blocks for unguided air missiles from downed russia’s helicopters or launch tubes from destroyed enemy Grads.
With all the variety of such improvised weapons, the Polish authors singled out the two most optimal samples of small MLRS that are currently used by Ukraine’s miliary, which are the following.

The first sample is the Sivalka VM-8 system, designed to fire the S-8 unguided air missiles. Unlike previous similar systems, the Sivalka VM-8 has several positive differences that turn it into a "perfect engineering solution".
To begin with, the unit for shooting unguided air missiles is removable. So, if necessary, it can be removed from the damaged chassis. In addition, the guide block itself is sheathed with additional steel protection, which makes this system more survivable in the event of being hit by any kind of small debris.
However, there is one downside, which is related to the firing range: the standard number is 4-5 km, but in the case of firing from a ground-based gun, it is even shorter.
The second sample is the Grad MLRS on a pickup truck. Here, the Poles find it interesting that Ukraine’s fighters and engineers managed to use the launch guide tubes from the destroyed enemy BM-21 Grad MLRS and put them on a pickup truck (and at the same time - to ensure chassis stability while firing).
However, Defense Express assumes that in all these cases the Grad-P, which could be in Ukraine’s storage warehouses, could have been used for the production of such "small MLRS". In any case, according to the photos three launchers are placed separately from each other, and these may be launchers from the “guerrilla” Grad-P, and not from the regular BM-21.
