Russia used the weapons that it could have produced in a month during the missile attack on March 9, 2023, Andriy Yusov, the representative of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, reported.
“There were more massive attacks and the time intervals were bigger. So russia continue its missile terror, but taking into account precision-guided munition deficit. We can say that they have been accumulating their forces, especially the facilities have been working. In fact, everything they had made within a month, was wasted on Ukrainian transformers,” Andriy Yusov noted.

The level of russian stocks is “critically low”, and the time intervals are connected with insufficient production, the representative claims.
“Russia has 7% of all the Kalibr missiles it has had at the begging of full-scale invasion. They can’t catch up on all losses,” Andriy Yusov said.
He also noted that russia is trying to bypass the sanctions in every possible way, including smuggling, “grey” schemes of production components supply.
