The Minister of Defense of Germany Christine Lambrecht emphasized that her country wants to continue supporting Ukraine, but hinted that there are almost no reserves for such support in Germany. This is stated in the Welt publication.
"Ukraine can count on the fact that Germany will continue to support them in the future," the Minister of Defense of Germany said during her visit to the French-German brigade in the city of Mühlheim yesterday, July 19.

She emphasized her trusting and constructive relations with the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksii Reznikov, and emphasized the transfer of PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzers to Ukraine.
At the same time, Lambrecht hinted that armament for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Germany may completely run out soon: "We have few opportunities left to transfer weapons from the Bundeswehr, I clearly state this and my colleague also knows this."
Defense Express reported earlier that the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have started training on Gepard anti-aircraft self-propelled guns, while it is currently unknown whether Germany will hand over these machines by the end of July.
